ContraVest, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate company, is developing a 316 unit luxury apartment community in Windermere.  The community, named The Addison at Windermere, will have 2 and 3 story buildings with elevators and will consist of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, clubhouse, fitness center, cyber café, yoga room, resort style pool, fire pit and playground. It is conveniently located adjacent to the Publix shopping center at Cornerstone at Summerport in South West Orlando at the intersection of Fiquette and State Road 535.

Site Description:

The Addison at Windermere is a proposed, new construction, 316 unit rental apartment projected located adjacent to the Bridgewater Village of the Horizons West Master Plan Development in South West Orlando at the intersection of Fiquette and State Road 535.

Adjacent to the north is the Publix shopping center at Cornerstone at Summerport. Just south of the parcel, KB Homes is developing a phase II and phase III of for-sale townhomes that will total 192 when complete in 2017.

This sector of Windermere has seen a great deal of growth & development because of the strong employment associated with the hospitality industry, the newly improved road networks (429) and favorable low density lifestyle with good schools.

The site consists of 15 acres.
