National Doughnut Day

Doughnut Day

June 7th is National Doughnut Day!

Did you know that National Doughnut Day is celebrated because of the Doughnut event created by The Salvation Army in Chicago in 1938 to honor those  who served doughnuts to soldiers during World War I?

Now, you can celebrate Doughnut Day by scoring free sweet treats from a bunch of participating locations. How awesome is that?!

Next, perk up your Friday afternoon by going to certain Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme, or Donut King locations.

There are a ton of options near The Addison at Windermere you can try, so go while you can!
